“I will laugh at myself for I am most comical when I take myself too seriously.”
Relationships are important to me. I know that when I’m taking my last few breaths I will look back on my life and know that I deeply loved and have been loved truly and fully. This is why I consider my life a success. It wasn’t always this way. I used to be consumed by work and feeling sorry for myself. Things changed over time. I got out of myself and got into action in the world. Anything is possible to an open and willing mind.
My training as an ADD coach was obtained through the ADD Coach Academy. In addition to formal coaching school, I have attended numerous conferences, trainings, seminars and other educational opportunities to stay current with the coaching field in general and ADD coaching in particular.
I acquired my financial training from the College For Financial Planning and bring to coaching over 20 years experience as a tax accountant, paralegal (estates and probate), office manager, and entrepreneur.
From my personal life, I bring 7 years experience as primary caregiver to a parent with Alzheimer’s Disease, and am a parent to a child with special needs. I also bring to coaching an empathy arising from my continued journey out of clutter and chaos toward balance and order in all areas of life.
I live and work with playful irreverence in Seattle with my husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 cats.

“Viv, you have an incredible gift of intuition and recognizing my strengths and potential which has enabled me to create a wonderful vision for my future. Your enthusiasm is infectious and has propelled me to a new level of motivation in life.”… -A.C., Massage Therapist
“You helped me understand that I already had what it took to be happy and successful, but that I just needed to find ways to recognize this, and to honor and tap into my particular gifts-gifts that were oftentimes because of, rather than in spite of, my ADD.”–J.K., Artist
